Description

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will partner with the client team and lead the planning, execution and management of change plans for the project(s).

This would include

1) Engaging the stakeholders

2) Facilitating change by implementing a structured OCM methodology

3) Accelerating the user adoption.

Responsibilities: 

The responsibilities are listed below:

The primary responsibilities include:

? Scope identification, Project planning, monitoring and controlling of OCM deliverables

? Design and execution of stakeholder management, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, Communication Plan, Training Plan and Resistance management Plan

? Development of the OCM plan and integrate with master project plan

? Identification of the training courses, training efforts, training schedule and setting up the coordination between business, IT and vendor teams

? Preparation of dashboards and tracking OCM KPI's as part of the project

? Support the OCM Lessons Learned sessions during the project and post launch

? Act as an OCM Advisor to business teams and coach the extended teams on all OCM templates and support for completing deliverables

? Collaborate with a diverse global team to achieve the project objective

Additional Responsibilities

You will be working as part of a dynamic consulting group and expected to contribute towards the success of the overall consulting organization. Additional responsibilities may include.

? Provide thought leadership delivering business value to the clients, developing reusable assets in the process

? Develop innovative solutions / framework/ templates in context of client problems

? Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and influencing downstream IT projects

Qualifications:

Must- have

? Excellent Communication Skills

? Strong hands-on knowledge and experience of change management processes, methods and best practices required

? Automotive industry experience with knowledge of key work areas and processes

? Active listening skills, ability to extract and quickly process key information, summarize key needs of the client, and provide targeted and appropriate insights and recommendations.

? IT Project Managementexperience 

? Experience working in global multi-cultural teams

? Experience of facilitating discussions with senior business leaders / executives and coach them from OCM perspective

? Microsoft Project Planexperience for authoring, updating, monitoring and controlling the activities

? Experience in MS Office, G Suite with ability to create impactful PowerPoints, dashboards and conduct data analysis using Excel

? Exposure to Training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Good-to-have

? Masters in Communication / Organizational Design

? Masters in Business Administration or similar

? Previous consultancy experience. 

? Expertise or very sound understanding of Program Management

? Prosci's Certification in Change Management (Preferred)

? PMP Certification or equivalent. (preferred)

? ScrumMaster certification or equivalent (preferred)

1) Years of experiencerequired for position

8 – 10 years preferably some in the Manufacturing / Auto industry (Minimum 3 - 5 years of OCM experience and 3 – 5 years of Project Managementexperience)
