The ideal candidate for this position will implement change management strategies/plans for project teams to embrace change. The Organization Change Management (OCM) Leader job responsibilities include creating and implementing change management strategies and plans, coach business leaders, enable others to drive change activities and help project teams integrate change management activities into their project plan. Help people understand, prepare for and embrace change.

  • Key Areas of Responsibility: Partner with key stakeholders and project leads to develop and lead organizational change management (OCM) strategies and plans.
  • Drive profitable change through end-user adoption of business practices and processes.
  • Identify leadership and user alignment gaps, potential risks and issues, and effectively prepare the organization to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze stakeholders and impacts to create strategies to effectively drive user adoption.
  • Design and develop communication plans and related deliverables, ensuring messaging and execution are consistent with organization's vision and principles.
  • Build and leverage change networks throughout the enterprise.
  • Draft and refine communications plan with channels such as SharePoint, email, etc.
  • Analyze and validate sessions, content and local validation.
  • Prepare affected teams for training.
  • Has experience with change impact assessment, change readiness, ability to create a change adoption plan, communication and training strategy.
  • Has experience establishing success criteria for change adoption.
  • Key Desired Skills, Experience and Knowledge: BS degree, plus ten or more years of experience leading change strategies for large scale, global projects OR Twelve or more years of experience in an organizational change management leadership role with experience holding oneself and team accountable for delivering meaningful results on time and in budget.
  • Experience applying change management frameworks to a variety of types of projects, flexing frameworks and tools per project needs.
  • Experience building Change Management teams from scratch, managing the team directly, and setting/achieving goals.
  • Experience leading transformational, digital, and enterprise projects, as well as engaging with multiple verticals within an organization
  • Experience leading full life-cycle change activities, including vision setting, leadership/change sponsor alignment and engagement, stakeholder analysis, impact identification, readiness assessment, communication strategies, education plans and measurement of adoption.
  • Experience coaching leadership and project team members to guide them through the change management process, including best practices, trends and lessons learned.
  • Prove ability to prioritize activities across multiple simultaneous projects to maximize value creation.
