Organization Change Management Consultant, Principal at Infor in Remote

Infor, INC is seeking Principal OCM Consultant candidates in the Organization Change Management (OCM) Practice. This individual will be leading work on projects – either individually or with a team to help our clients with their organization transformation initiatives – typically in change management. Our Change consultants are expected to be thought leaders and advisors to our clients to help enable their strategic initiatives. In addition to project work, our Change consultants are influential in the growth of our practice. Team members actively contribute to internal initiatives spanning new solution and IP creation to practice operations and people development. Hands on involvement in our practice gives our consultants opportunities to grow their skillset and careers beyond the confines of project work.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or other Master’s degree in a business discipline, organizational behavior, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology or other relevant discipline a plus
• 5-8 years of practical Organization Change experience (e.g., change management, organizational strategy and design, and/or organizational development) in support of large scale business process re-engineering and/or transformational initiatives
• CCMP or Prosci certification
