Knoll, Inc. seeks an Oracle WMS Techno-Functional Business Analyst to work in East Greenville, PA, on an Oracle EBS R12 global implementation/support, to analyze, design, test, implement, and support Oracle Warehouse Management, Mobile Supply Chain Applications and Inventory.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science or Engineering (any) plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsibleexperience as a Business Analyst, IT Functional Analyst, or in a directly related position using at least 2 of the following: Oracle ERP Suite with Warehouse Management, Mobile Supply Chain, and other related modules.

Must also have any experience with: (i) warehouse operational procedures, including inventory management, and cycle counting in a distribution/cross dock environment; (ii) developing label printing solutions and configure hardware required to support WMS (handhelds and printers); (iii) EBS WMS, WSH, MSCA, and Shop Floor Management; (iv) creating, monitoring, and managing concurrent programs, APIs and Open Interface processing; (v) gathering requirements, writing specifications, application configuration and system changes; (vi) designing, testing, and implementing Oracle application extensions, interfaces, and data conversions; (vii) adherence to established IT change management and quality assurance procedures (change promotion / migration); and (viii) researching, troubleshooting, and resolving Oracle Applications issues (product related) working with Oracle support (On-Line and technicians) and other team members (Business users and IT).
