Oracle HCM Systems Implementation Lead

Responsible for the performance of relatively small non-technical, technical, or intelligence projects or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals. Trains and directs employee work activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Human Resources (HR) Implementation Lead's overall responsibility is to lead the development of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems for a government customer. The Lead must have Oracle HCM systems development knowledge and will be responsible for ensuring continued successful systems maintenance of a fielded Oracle HCM system.
Working within an integrated team, the Lead will ensure proper analysis and documentation of business requirements as well as implementation of those requirements in the government's system. Coordination with other team leads is essential to ensure that efforts can be successfully planned and deployed. Deep knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) HCM, and Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) workflow management is required. Knowledge of Oracle Unified Method (OUM) is also required. The Lead will also ensure the system configuration supports
the development and execution of test scripts for system modules for all functional areas.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Business Suite, specifically HCM
Demonstrated experience leading software development/maintenance teams
Knowledge of CMMI for Development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to bridge communications between technical and business areas for a full and complete understanding of expectations.

Experience with Agile development processes
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical degree or equivalent to ten to twelve years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.
- Five years of experience in software/systems development and implementation
