Provide technical expertise with OBIEE 11g architecture, administration tool, security, analysis and dashboard design and development.
Design and develop RPDs, reports and dashboards.
Provide clients with a strong understanding of Data warehousing and BI structures.
Assist in new customer Oracle Federal Financials R12 implementation/integrations and/or enhanced functionality as desired by an existing client agency.
Provide support for Oracle Federal Financials application operations, development and maintenance teams.
Facilitate functional and technical requirements gathering sessions.
Develop functional and technical design documentation.
Design, configure and improve functionalities of Oracle Federal Financials R12.
Support data conversion and integration activities between Oracle Federal Financials and other corresponding systems.
Assist in providing support to current and potential client agencies of the R12 Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) financial accounting system.
Standardize systems, business processes, and data elements; and provide for seamless data exchange from feeder systems and between Federal agencies by implementing a common language and structure for financial information and system interfaces.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related field.
3+ years of experiencesupporting OBIEE and/or OBIA suite.
Experience with Oracle Federal Financials
Experience designing, developing, testing, and placing into production a Full Operational Capability (FOC) with OBIEE and/or OBIA reporting utilizing a data warehouse environment.
Experience using Oracle BI Publisher including custom data models, RTF, XSLT, and eText templates.
Professional services experience and/or specific relevant industry experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
Active Secret security clearance.
OBIEE and/or OBIA certification, Oracle Financials Reporting Specialist or PMP.
Previous work experience with Oracle Discoverer.
Ability to analyze and review client business data to identify key indicators pertaining to operations, risk, finance, compliance, or process and controls.
Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, decision-making and the ability to work with all levels of management.
Working knowledge or experience with SQL and other data analysis applications.
