The responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a streamlined information flow and reporting capabilities (KPIs and operational metrics)
  • Improving the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organizations' mission
  • Playing a significant role in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of future systems such as Customer Success Management platform
  • Driving initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Design & Manage complex queries, dashboards for operational/performance reporting metrics and status reports
  • Gather requirements from users, propose solutions that meet business needs and deliver agreed upon solution
  • Create comprehensive JIRA workflows (with conditions, validators, and post functions), screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
  • Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products, administration best practices, and agile methodology best practices
  • Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues, and communications
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
  • Conduct user-training and help-sessions for new features or implementations
  • Manage products gaps from business specifications to product enhancements and/or business process change

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience managing information systems for a Customer Support/Services department
  • At least two years of experience as an Atlassian Product Suite administrator
  • Experience managing Jira Service Desk
  • Experience in implementation, training, and documentation



Preferred Qualifications

  • Atlassian Certified Jira Service Desk Administrator certification or Advanced Jira Workflows certification
