What will you be doing? The Operations Recruitment Manager will act as the primary contact for the trial team for management, execution and timely delivery of tactics for patient and site facing initiatives in support of a clinical trial. The individual will interface with key customers and team members, supplies, and other stakeholders ivnolved in the development, management and dissemination of patient and site facing tactics. Deliverables include ensuring executed strategies meet compliance guidelines and are delivered on time and within budget. Responsible for maintaining the library of tools and tactics in TMF as well as maintaining documentation fo business processes and quality standards for effective tactical development
