The Revenue Cycle Operations Manager - Connected Care is accountable for management and deployment of Connected Care program financial activities and providing operational support specific to Connected Care departments. This position requires quick learning skills, independent problem solving, and the ability to manage individual work streams and communicate results to Connected Care leadership. This position will play a significant role in day to day management of Connected Care revenue cycle operations, financial management, daily charge reconciliation and auditing for Connected Care, performance tracking, reporting and contract management. Works with department leadership to: develop implement and monitor operational and revenue cycle related policies, procedures and programs.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare related field
Preferred: Master’s Degree in nursing, business, health administration or similar
3- 5 years’ experience in revenue cycle management required. Should have a strong history of leading financial performance, data analytics and a high level of commitment to patients and quality.
