*** Supervisory responsibilities to include planning staffing requirements, interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions, managing workflows, conducting performance reviews, providing ongoing feedback, managing disciplinary actions, overseeing salary administration, and providing development opportunities.
*** Review turn time results, error ratios, and improvement opportunities in service or procedures with staff.
*** Monitor processes and identify training needs for subordinates and the broader organization.
*** Drive organizational flexibility through cross-training objectives.
*** Oversee all areas of production, and monitor and control expenses.
*** Oversee audits and compliance reviews and lead improvements.
*** Drive problem-solving activities to ensure high quality, low cost products and meet turn time service level expectations.
*** Establish and track metrics by using reporting tools to track transactions from open order to commitment delivery.
***Work with management regarding financials, providing input and information.
