Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a strong Operations Manager, w/ Industrial Packaging experience, to lead our overall Operations Team. This position is a Senior role overseeing the production of our goods & services for our Packaging solutions. It's your job to make sure that our organization is running as well as it possible can, with a smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers & clients!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments.
  • Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative.
  • Making sure safety regulations are followed.
  • Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training.
  • Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement.
  • Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issues.
  • Working with department heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff.
  • Driving the business to increase profits.
  • Working with legal departments on any matters that occur.
  • Reviewing and approving equipment needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degreepreferred.
  • Packaging Industry experience is a Must!
  • Packaging Industry experience as an Operations Manager
  • Packaging material product knowledge and proficiency in product  sourcing
  • Experience negotiating with customers, clients and suppliers
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing business guidelines & strategies
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem solving  skills
  • High sense of urgency while managing multiple projects/activities
  • Excellent oral/written communication and customer relation skills

Base Salary: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 (DOE) + Bonus + Equity + Great Benefits + 401K Plan + Expenses
