The Operations Manager will provide support to the Consolidated Service Center (CSC) executive leadership for a variety of operational and administrative initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing a variety of projects requiring both a strategic and operational knowledge base. The Operations Manager will work closely with executive leadership and CSC practices to assist with day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

Requirements:

Work requires a level of knowledge in healthcare and/or business administration, as acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree. Field of study in Business, Clinical Science or related field, preferred. Experience beyond the work experience requirement may be substituted for the requireddegree on a two (2) years of experience to one (1) year of education basis.

Requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in responsibility of multi-complex distribution environment and supervisory/management experience. Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, EMR, SAP and Kronos Systems.
