As part of the Ansira Operations team, this role will support Continuous Improvement initiatives including Kaizens, Value Stream Mapping and Lean training initiatives. This role will also support M&A integration initiatives as well as other TBD high-visibility duties. The ideal candidate will have a highly developed attention to detail and strong communications skills. The ability to understand and summarize complex processes and topics is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong communications skills and an eagerness to learn and think outside the box. Additionally, the ability to see the big picture and connect-the-dots among processes while also able to understand details and dependencies is needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understands complex business issues and provide analytical / operational guidance to initiative owners to best execute on established initiatives
  • Oversees and publishes key reporting and metrics, including initiative progress, milestones, KPI's, barriers, risks, and additional support required
  • Ensures high level of Quality Assurance of all communication with executives and 3rd parties
  • Completes ad hoc analyses from start to finish, including defining business objectives, analysis approach, data mining and analysis as required to support each initiative
  • Helps prepare materials for executive presentations, board meetings, of varying levels of granularity to provide updates on progress and / or requests for additional investments
  • Makes recommendations to constantly improve how to structure, execute, track, and implement each continuous improvement initiative
  • Works in tandem with the M&A team to help with integration planning and anticipated acquisition impacts
  • Evaluates need for, and coordinates with 3rd party consultants / advisors as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education/Experience Required:

  • Strong understanding of lean and/or six sigma and experience applying these principles
  • Experience and comfort in facilitating training and workshops for large groups
  • Have demonstrated experience with identifying, framing, and structuring strategic opportunities and developing strong, well-supported recommendations
  • Ideally have previous experience in an operational or transformational role. The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of total professional work experience
  • Have highly developed relationship-building, influencing, and executive-presence skills to foster effective working relationships across all functional areas of Ansira
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both orally and on paper
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel
  • Have the ability to run and manage highly complicated quantitative analysis in a defect-free manner
  • Have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
  • Have a demonstrable attention to detail
