Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for an O&M Supervisor in Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The O&M Supervisor shall be responsible for the performance, coordination and serving of all O&M work. The O&M Supervisor shall be scheduled to be on-site from 4:00 PM through 12:00AM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Qualifications: The O&M supervisor shall have at least five (5) years’ experience in hospital operations and maintenance, two (2) years’ experience in supervision. The supervisor shall be able to perform maintenance operations necessary to execute all scheduled maintenance described in this PWS and unscheduled maintenance events IAW established regulatory requirements. Within 8 months of reporting on site the O&M Supervisor will attend the following classes provided by the American Society of Hospital Engineers: NFPA 101 for Healthcare (3 day course), NFPA 99 (3 day course),and ASHE HealthcareConstruction Certificate (2 day course). The contractor will provide to the COR a copy of the certificate of completion for each of these courses

  • The employee must receive medical shots as required by the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. The annual flu shot and annual TB testing are mandatory, but additional shots maybe required as related to the employee’s position.
