As Operations Maintenance Sales & Project Renewal Manager, you will have the chance to create, organize and execute persuasion strategies that advance the OM business group’s goals and strategic plan. Working with other members of our team, you’ll lead the overall effort to coordinate OM project delivery teams in developing strategies for non-competitive renewal offers or positioning strategies for upcoming competitive renewals. During your time with us, you will also have the opportunity to work with OM project delivery teams on client relationship plan implementation to ensure meaningful engagement at multiple levels in our client organizations. The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Scientific discipline, Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or related field from an accredited university
  • A minimum 7 years relevant proposal and/or inside sales experience in an Engineering & Construction organization or closely related professional services firm
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing a high-performance inside sales or marketing team
  • Ability to demonstrate thorough understanding of industry contracting mechanisms and support contract negotiation activities
  • Possess and apply knowledge of clients, competitor, and industry trends within assigned division
  • Ability to develop and administer ongoing processes, procedures, and associated budgets/timelines
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to ensure consistency of disciplined sales practices, and champion the use of enterprise tools and systems
  • Previous successful experience providing staff leadership, communication, staff assignments, and developing staff capabilities
  • Previous experience in managing functional objectives, coordinating multiple deadlines while working effectively with staff at all levels
