Required: Bachelor Degree and minimum of seven years or more job-related experience. Certified Lean Six Sigma. MS Office Suite, including strong Excel skills. Strong facilitation, directed creativity, interpersonal, team building, project management, written/verbal communications, analytical and conflict resolution skills.
Understand the organizational change strategy and articulate this to external audiences. Comfortable interacting with all levels of management. Manages Lean-Six Sigma and other organizational Operational Excellence Initiatives throughout the Network. This position will lead and/or participate in organizational or cross-departmental projects under the direction of the Administrative Director, Operational Excellence Initiatives as well as the Executive Leadership Team.
Facilitates cross-departmental change, developing strategies to create measures and maintain meaningful improvements. Also serves as an organizational resource for the educational and facilitation of Lean-Six Sigma Principles and Initiatives for employees and physicians. Preferred: Masters Degree in Healthcare, Business, Industrial Engineering, Public or Healthcare Services or Physician Licensure. Previous Lean-Six Sigma and/or project management experience is a plus.
Hours: 40 control hours.
