At VMLY&R, we create connected brands. We resist the usual ways of seeing, doing and thinking — harnessing creativity, technology and culture — to reimagine the entire connected consumer experience. Our goal? To create work that becomes part of people’s lives, to drive value for our clients and, in the best of cases, to impact the world.
Operations Engineers live to see amazing experiences delivered in the real world. They see repetitive and manual tasks as opportunities for automation. They relentlessly optimize processes to make things safer and faster. They enjoy working in cross functional teams to deliver resilient and secure solutions. They are always learning and actively seek to understand the building blocks and tools necessary to deliver world class experiences. As a part of a practice, they share opportunities and successes building up a culture of collaboration that focuses on learning rather than blame. They investigate, experiment, and report conclusions to make the solution clearer for the next person on the path.
