- Responsible for overseeing multiple business partner departments including, but not limited to, credentialing, clinical quality assurance, and housing
- Ensure that the company’s screening, retention, evaluation and review processes are aligned to promote clinical excellence and a high standard of patient care
- Collaboratively develop strategies and best practices that support the division’s growth and service initiatives
- Lead the development and execution of ongoing staffing plans inclusive of recruiting, hiring, training and development
- Create and execute department initiatives and goals related to client and provider customer service, interdepartmental cooperation, and internal employee engagement
- Present strategies, progress toward goals, and updates on department initiatives in meetings
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the department managers in order to achieve your team goals and initiatives
- Apply creative vision to connect the needs of client facilities and health care providers with the services of the company – consistently following current practices and regulations and pro-actively striving to produce complementary programs as they are needed
- Use continuous improvement techniques to yield process efficiencies
- Create and maintain positive inter-departmental communication
- Champion change management related to department initiatives through effective communication, driving projects to completion, and measuring outcomes to reward desired performance
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports to; assess progress and results, guide future performance, and partner to overcome obstacles
- Assist with the policies and procedures for JCAHO process review
- Partner with corporate quality assurance teams to maintain high professional standards
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships within the credentialing and housing teams
What You'll Bring

- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem solving skills
- At least 5 years of experience in leading people and 2 of these years leading leaders
- At least 5 years of staffing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Professional level of written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Very detail oriented and analytical
- College degree, Master’s degree preferred
