The Operations Change Management Senior will have a strong understanding of data. Responsible for running complex queries for analysis of problem reports, performing DCU (Data Correction Utility) and requests for ad-hoc custom reports. Applicant will also support business unit requirements ensuring user acceptance testing and implementation readiness for the business area. In addition, team members also provide production support for the application which includes day to day operational baseline activities as well as change management. This is an opportunity to provide process improvements, lead intra group change efforts, perform data integrity checks and develop recurring analytical and reporting activities.

Your work will fall into the following primary responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis and validation of data and its quality, often across different sources
  • Assists business analysts with finding patterns and relationships in data
  • Issue and risk identification, tracking, and resolution
  • Application support and change management activities
  • Research and answer questions regarding system functionality, data movement, and process
  • Interact and communicate with both business and technical personnel to solve business challenges
  • Manage projects independently and as a part of the team
  • Identify and Develop processes and process improvements
  • Work, in partnership, with internal and external stakeholders


Preferred Skills

  • 5 -7 plus years of experience in relational database structures (SQL) and querying techniques
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced skill with MS Excel
  • Change management experience
  • Knowledge of the secondary mortgage market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently when developing solutions
