The Bank Transfer Operations Team Leader is an important management position for the daily operations team. This includes managing a team of operations and support personnel, handling customer communications, banking relationships and communicating with various business departments that handle crises and exceptional incidents.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Global Bank Transfer team
  • Ensuring integration and alignment across the different GBT teams between Israel, Hong Kong and New York
  • Ensuring daily alignment with operational and business departments
  • Setting operational service goals, improving the operational SLAs, and measuring effectiveness

You should come prepared with:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience as a manager
  • Operational management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Experience in Banks/FX industry
  • Degree in Economics or Business Management
