Responsibilities

  • Value Stream Management. Assumes overall responsibility for performance of value stream improvement. Delegate's authority as needed to leverage resources to achieve results. Team leader / member for cost reduction, safety & quality improvement projects.
  • Problem Solving Support. Coach and mentor regional & center managers through the problem solving process. Coach and mentor teams during continuous improvement activities.
  • Problem Solving Training. Train employees in introductory and advanced courses on continuous improvement. Train Lean Green Belts in advanced course on continuous improvement.
  • Lean Coaching and Mentoring. Coach and mentor Lean Green Belts (certified and not certified) through the problem solving process.
