Accountable for the entire production operation of its correspondent working shift, the shift Leader diligently finds sustainable solution for both short and long term goals while cultivation Teamwork and respect. The operation shift leader will improve the value of the organization through addressing gaps in customer, process and employee needs.

Directs interface with the operation manager, Production scheduling, sales and other related personal to understand production needs and develops effective operational plans collaboratively with these individuals to meet those needs within their value stream. This involves anticipation issues and problem that may arise in their operation and development of preventive countermeasures.
Supports the operations Manager in leadership ensure process execution to all applicable standards(Includes 5S, quality gate, equipment setup and operation, preventive maintenance and TPM, production and setup readiness procedures, daily management procedures and routines, etc) as well as full execution of the standardized work packages developed for each process in their value streams. The standardized work forms, combination tables and operation-work-standards sheet for job instruction training (JIT) operation group Leaders, Operational Team leaders, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling and CIM personal would assist in filling any gaps in this system.
Conducts daily DMS walkthrough all production areas to ensure manufacturing excellence and is responsible for removing barriers to the effective resolution assigned to open action accountable Ensures bottom-up ownership of the daily management process and that this process is,in fact, solving problem and dividing sustained improvement.
Accountable for meeting and reporting all production KPIs including direct P&L oversight for production in his correspondent working shift.
Observes and reinforces procedures for the containment and control of non-conforming product.
Holds group leaders and special problem solving trams accountable for problem solving efforts assigned to them, ensuring that they are addressing issues at root cause level, their solution, their solution are practical and affective and their process is rapid This should primarily be done from a perspective of coaching and direct participation ( but not domination)on the team is encouraged. In addition, the manager should bring in external support resources to the team when appropriate.
Ensures shift hand-off to shift leaders/Group leaders where applicable.
Develops, Coaches and assures the effectiveness of each Group leaders under their span of control.
Accountable for data accuracy of production reporting system (CAPTOR, SAP, log books, etc.)
Passion to manage opportunities for continuous improvement (CI) along with barrier removal support for internally and externally lead improvement initiatives.
As a team player collaborating with the CI manager, organizes and leads teams to define CI Projects following the PDCA process and support these programs from initiation through implementation and systemic adoption of any effective new concepts. Reports opportunities business case. Brings plant leaders and personal on board with change through an effective nemawashi process. Is a supporter of positive change and improvement and always open to feedback.
Conducts assigned LPAs.
Performs Group leaders evaluation as schedules while providing constative feedback on an ongoing basis.
Other duties as deemed necessary or appropriate.

Job Requirements


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 8 years production experience in similar setting.
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience.
Computer experience.


Interprets spreadsheets
Understands financial and operational reporting metrics.
Abilities to lead and motives other.
Conducts performance Evaluation.
Ability to work overtime as required
Ability to work update standard work forms.
Lead by example and demonstrates respect to other with a positive and supportive attitude.
Stung communication skills including written, verbal and listing.
Soft skill experienced.
