Responsibilities:

  • Analyze onsite search data and identify and execute opportunities to optimize customer search journey, increase sales and improve conversion
  • Communicate onsite search merchandising strategy, performance and progress to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Partner closely with Product Information & UX teams on strategic planning of new product enhancements & features
  • Develop search measurement plans and dashboards; monitor onsite search metrics and KPIs
  • Lead strategy for onsite search product boosting / highlighting and search related content
  • Research and recommend changes to data, product attribution and relevancy ranking strategy
  • Lead zero search results data analysis efforts and management
  • Partner with Buying teams on trending products & assortment opportunities
  • Establish and implement guidelines and best practices in order to optimize the onsite search program
  • Benchmark Buckle’s onsite search experience versus its competitors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business administration
  • 5+ years' experience in ecommerce / online merchandising, preferably with a multi-channelretailer
  • Strong experience with search engines and onsite search strategy; Endeca or SOLR
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
