Demand Generation Manager / Online Marketing Manager / Lead Generation / Business Development

Founded almost 20 years ago we were recently ranked among the top three global sales and marketing e-learning and training companies and cllients include market leading organizations like GE, Telefonica O2, Lloyds TSB, Intelsat, Hewlett Packard and Alcatel-Lucent. We have 140 trainers and associate trainers around the world and with an in-house translation company, we have the capability to deliver large-scale, global roll-outs. In fact, we have delivered training in over 30 languages and 50 countries.

Role:

The Online Marketing Manager / Lead Generation Executive will join a team responsible for executing the marketing and lead generation activities in North America. This is a crucial role with the twin objectives of building our brand and generating high value leads for the sales team. Candidates should have a desire to learn about sales, marketing and have considerable lead generation experience. They will also have a high level of digital understanding and some previous salesexperience and be comfortable using digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook to approach and keep in touch with people on our behalf.

You:

3-8years of sales / marketingexperience with a proven track record of driving website traffic to increase leads

Experience of the training or professional services industry preferable but not essential

High energy with a ‘can-do’ attitude

Able to discuss marketing ideas and achieve buy-in and support from senior execs and sales team

Effective project execution skills

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

A high degree of detail-orientation and efficiency

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)

Strong interpersonal skills

Expert level MS Office skills (Including MS Word and Excel)

A professional attitude and strong work ethic
