Job Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

The On-Site Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Dish products and services for our In-Home Services (IHS) Technician team. This role will drive new business through a solid understanding of our core operations, tenacious communication skills, and a deep passion for the value we can provide. This is a tremendous opportunity to help build an exciting and relevant aspect of our business!

Other duties include:

  • Identify and analyze business development opportunities
  • Manage new and existing relationships with consumer electronics manufacturers, internet service providers, retail and marketing partners, and software companies
  • Gain buy-in from senior executives for strategic initiatives

Skills - Experience and Requirements

Successful On-Site Sales Manager applicants have the following:

  • A relevant degree from a four-year university and a minimum of two years post-undergrad work experience AND/OR combination of relevant experience and education
  • Experience in a variety of areas including project management, coaching and leadership, and relationship management
  • An independent individual who is passionate about driving change
  • Intellectual curiosity with a demonstrated interest in technology and operations
  • A willingness to do whatever it takes to successfully close deals and manage assign partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal skills, superior written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to travel extensively
