Department Overview
The Omni Capability Owner collaborates closely with business segments, technology, UX (User Experience) designers, delivery partners, governing bodies and other key stakeholders across our organization. The Omni Capability Owner is a program owner responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of a product that will provide our customers and employees with seamless and connected experiences.

Job Description

•   Ensures alignment to overall Omni strategy, foundation and seamless customer experience vision

•   Represents the program and sets the overarching direction of the initiative

•   Liaises with segment business owners/leadership to ensure strategic alignment and mitigate risks to scope, timeline and costs

•   Provides guidance and knowledge to the product owner and delivery team

•   Provides sign off on key artifacts related to business requirements and stakeholder impacts

•   Provides acceptance on high level stories to lock down scope

•   Manages the product backlog including adding and removing epics

•   Facilitates business case creation

•   Responsible for business development and relationship management

•   Leverages insights to further enhance the product

•   Leads update meetings to senior executives

•   Engages risk partners to manage and ensure compliance within the TD Risk Framework

Requirements

•   Undergraduate degree required; Post Graduate degree preferred

•   10+ years of relevant experience required

•   Agile project delivery methodology

•   Experience with Scrum methodologies

•   Proven track record in delivering complex projects

•   Stakeholder management

•   Excellent communication skills

•   Positive, solution focused approach

•   Adaptable and receptive to change

•   Able to work with geographically dispersed teams

•   Familiar with development lifecycle
