HDR is looking for an Oil & Gas Process Engineering Lead to join our growing Oil & Gas Group.


Primary Responsibilities


In the role of Oil & Gas Process Engineering Lead, we'll count on you to:


� Provide technical oversight and leadership of Oil & Gas Process Engineering efforts, including compression, hydraulic modeling, vapor combustion/recovery, gathering system planning/design, NG/NGL treatment, HYSYS modeling, etc


� Provide leadership of current O&G process engineering staff and ensure Utilization Targets are met


� Provide technical leadership supporting BD efforts, expand HDR service offerings into: Produced Water market, Compression market, Liquid pipeline & terminal market and Shale basin gathering systems


� Provide client management for select clients


� Perform other duties as needed


*LI-BS1 Required Qualifications:



� Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering


� 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas infrastructure design


� Experienced in leading diverse projects and teams


� Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts


� Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values


� An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

� Preference given to individuals local to Tulsa, OK
