Seeking an Office Administrator with strong organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and determined personality to manage the day to day office operations of a swiftly growing company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
*** Order and Inventory office supplies.
*** Assist in the scheduling of upper management.
*** Enter data into and monitor computer systems.
*** Post job listings to a variety of internet job boards.
*** Manage Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3years experience performing similar duties in a business environment, excel with MS word & Excel, and be able to type 45+ wpm. Must have a bookkeeping or accounting background.
