Responsibilities:

 

*** Manage office supply inventory (ordering, receiving, storing, documenting).

 

*** Perform Data Entry (job posting, payroll, invoicing, purchase orders).

 

*** Organize information, files, etc.

 

*** Independently run projects and perform research.

 

Required Skills:

 

*** Highly organized.

 

*** Proficient with MS office and QuickBooks software.

 

*** Bookkeeping/Accounting knowledge.

 

***3 or more years experience in a business environment.

 

*** Excellent with MS Word & Excel.

 

*** Type 45+ words per minute.
