The Offer Management, Contact Center Leader combines their business acumen and leadership skills to bring to market new offers and capabilities within the BroadSoft cloud contact center suite. Use industry trends, market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to develop business strategies, and build and manage technologypartnerships. Lead cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, operations, and legal teams to bring capabilities to market. Work with sales, product, and operations teams to develop solutions required for unique customer requirements.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Pricing, Packaging,Promotions
    • Research competitive product offerings
    • Develop product offers and packaging to ensure competitiveness
    • Support sales teams in developing customer-specific offers
    • Work with legal team to develop customer contracts
  • Strategic Alliances
    • Identify and research potential strategic suppliers
    • Negotiate business terms and develop contracts
    • Manage strategic relationships
    • Develop joint go-to-market programs with partners
  • Product Launches
    • Lead cross-functional team in the launch of new software releases. Ensure all aspects of each new SaaS release are successfully executed, including pricing, contracts, operations, training, billing, etc.

  • Qualifications
    • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical field
    • Five+ years experience in business role in Contact Center industry, particularly in product management, offer management, or product marketing.

    • Business acumen
    • Ability to work effectively with teams spread across multiple geographies
