Based on the West Coast, we are actively looking to hire a Sr. Level OEM Sales Expert. We are looking for someone with proven OEM hardware sales success with the following expertise: Solution Selling, Relationship Building, Professional Account Management, Extensive Prospecting and Negotiating skills. This role will work closely with Engineering & Program Management Office to execute the strategic sales and marketing initiatives to large multinational customers.

? Meet with prime customers and assist buying influences/sales reps to build relationships and close deals
? Advanced relationship selling
? New market development
? Strong technical competency to develop relationships with engineers
? Develop market/product positioning and pricing strategy
? Selling into large medical, device, industrial and other technology customers
Here is the background and experience we are looking for:
? Bachelors Degreerequired? Engineering or Business or Marketing, etc.
? Strong OEM Sales background
? Extensive experience selling hardware (OEM) to large multinational accounts in Medical, Device, Industrial, Technology, Consumer Electronics, etc.
? Large account management experience is required
? Complex solutions sales training
? Familiarity in OEM manufacturing and international import/export experience is preferred
? Must have experiencebudgeting, cost scheduling and pricing decision experience
? Strong Engineering/Technical background and/or aptitude
