This position is amanagement/execution role, taking direction from the Unisys OCM Regional Lead (as established) or OCM Sr. Manager. The OCM Manager's mission is to create converging path that bring together change management and project management to achieve the business objectives of the change.
The OCM Manager ensures projects (change initiatives) for Unisys new & existing customers' meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption, reducing resistance and risk.. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, IT systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The OCM Manager will create and implement change management strategies and plans that include: Engagement & Adoption Plans, Leader Action Plans, Communications Plans, Training Plans, Sustainment Plans that are informed by Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Training and Communication Needs Assessments, and Readiness Assessments. The OCM manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
While the OCM manager may or may not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work with many others in the client and Unisys organization to succeed.
This role might involve some domestic and international travel for business meetings.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred; and a minimum of 8 years of related marketing, consulting, or sales experience.
Supports pre-sales activities, creates OCM solution as member of the pursuit solution team, develops estimates and proposals, participates in oral presentations and in subsequent due diligence activities.
Contribute to communications, and business presentations.
Develops, plans, and conducts programs/projects to improve and support SoW business objectives with clients.
Develops OCM deliverables, including plans, assessments, communications and training materials.
Plans, creates and disseminates information with clients and internal stakeholders using appropriate print or digital media to drive business strategy for products.
Develops advanced concepts, techniques and standards.
Contributes to IP development. Manages OCM project resources and the quality of their deliverables.
Leads the development of the OCM Strategy and Plan, Leader Action Plan, Communication & Training Plans, Sustainment and the assessment that inform them.
Provide relationship management from StartUp to GoLive and collaborate with all responsible resources (internal and external) to deliver and meet contractual commitments.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Complete change management assessments
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Consult and coach project teams
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Support and engage senior leaders
Coach managers and supervisors
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Coordinate efforts with other specialists+D7
Integrate change management activities into project plan
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Track and report issues
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Support change management at the organizational level
Manage the change portfolio
