Responsibilities:

Assess residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to help residents improve or maintain their daily living skills.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate residents and their families on adaptive strategies and techniques to enhance independence.
Document residents' progress and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Current California Occupational Therapist license.
Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
