Job Description:

Executes marketing nurture programs in partnership with reputation, demand, regional, and field marketing managers. Leverages the established nurture strategy to define appropriate messages, channels, and content types to improve the audience experience and increase engagement and conversion through these activities. Uses data from within and outside of the company to inform the optimal design for the customer-first nurture engagement, and partners with a demand center, digital marketing, marketing operations team, and IT teams to execute these programs. Reports on program results and makes adjustments to ongoing programs to improve audience experience and achieve targeted business results from the programs.

Job Description:

Executes marketing nurture programs in partnership with reputation, demand, regional, and field marketing managers. Leverages the established nurture strategy to define appropriate messages, channels, and content types to improve the audience experience and increase engagement and conversion through these activities.  Uses data from within and outside of the company to inform the optimal design for the customer-first nurture engagement, and partners with a demand center, digital marketing, marketing operations team, and IT teams to execute these programs.  Reports on program results and makes adjustments to ongoing programs to improve audience experience and achieve targeted business results from the programs.

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing nurture programs
  • Perform nurture kick-off calls with stakeholders to determine the necessary target audience, data, content, and channel requirements by program for effective nurture execution that is aligned to business requirements and desired outcomes
  • Design nurture experiences by program that use digitalchannels, email, web, and events to support the individual’s journey and decision process, and support the global nurture strategy in place
  • Identify and utilize data from various owned and 3rd party sources to inform the “best next engagement” for the target audience
  • Partner with digital, demand center, and web teams to deliver personalized content into the nurture experience
  • Coordinate and prioritize programs across campaigns, business units, regions, and channels to ensure a concise delivery of the message to the audience and through the optimal channels
  • Report on performance of programs and identify and execute improvements to increase performance and achieve business goals and program KPIs
  • Function as a consultant with stakeholders to understand the business need and desired outcome, and recommend appropriate nurture activities to achieve program success
  • Partner with internal teams to create and execute email campaigns in Marketo, banner and search advertising campaigns, and web landing pages through
  • Develop and deliver monthly & quarterly performance reports for programs and identify challenges and recommend changes for continued improvement to stakeholders
  • Actively assess program performance and adjust strategy and execution tactics as needed to achieve performance goals
  • Schedule and lead nurture program status calls on an ongoing basis, delivering performance data, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in nurture execution
  • Manage a project plan and calendar for nurtures, identifying areas of overlap and opportunities for consolidation based on audience journeys, interests, and signals

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, Experience)

  • Bachelordegree with concentration in business, marketing, computer science, or operations
  • Experience with Marketo is highly-preferred and SalesForce is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, managing and executing end-to-end demand programs that drive pipeline and revenue for the business
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and leading projects across teams and functions
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, including virtual computing and networking is important
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus

  • Exhibit strategic thinking and problem-solving, using data and analytics to drive decisions
  • Proven success in managing and delivering marketing programs in B2B markets
  • Experience with organic and paid promotional channels, including Google Adwords, industry publications, company social and digitalchannels
  • Success managing multiple projects at once, from strategy to execution, including collaborating with and managing vendors and partners
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects across teams, working with leadership and subject matter experts, as well as peers and vendors to deliver an event
