Nurse Mgr, Clinical Call Serv ( Executive Admin - PHMGI )
Job Summary: The Nurse Manager, Clinical Call Services is responsible for the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of the Nurse Advice, Medication Refill and Transition of Care Call Teams. The Nurse Manager serves in a leadership capacity to ensure clinical call services are provided as front-line access for patients. The Nurse Manager leads care that is of high quality, consistent with American Academy of Ambulatory Nursing and Telehealth standards. Responsible for service line evaluation and reporting, the Nurse Manager assists in the growth of telephonic clinical services. Collaborates with primary care, ambulatory, inpatient, and emergency service leaders to position care to serve the patient at all points of entry.
Job Requirements: Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program and have current and valid licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. Master's preferred. Five years of clinical care experience in the RN role required. Current CPR/BLS required. Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to work with multiple reporting programs. Ability to communicate results in both oral and illustrated manner. Experience in Emergency, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Acute Care, Population Health, and/or previously leadership experience preferred. Experience in complex decision making, patient interviews and patient teaching. Solid organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a call center setting. Excellence in organization and communication with multiple teams and in large corporate settings.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to navigate the electronic medical records and dashboards. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Understand how to read quality and data reports. Demonstrated communication skills and ability to lead multiple teams concurrently. Experience in building new clinical services.
