The Manager is accountable for the overall quality of service provided by the department and for the supervision of the department's team members. The Manager ensures adequate staffing levels, appropriately trained staff and the most efficient use of resources. The Manager will delegate to other team members, as appropriate.
Education and Experience
BSN required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years relevant nursing experience required. Management experience strongly preferred.
Licenses and Certifications Current State of Connecticut Registered Nurse licensure required and maintained thereafter. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR in adult, child & infant is required upon hire and maintained thereafter. PALS required upon hire.
