Your Role With Us:
The Nurse Manager of the Nursing Administration is responsible for the following functions:
Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Collaboration:
Oversee day-to-day innovative initiatives to ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, department leaders, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Lead, mentor, and develop innovative strategies/initiatives across AHS, CC, Emergency, and House Operations divisions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Innovation and Improvement:
Identify, develop, and implement innovative strategies and technologies to enhance clinical operations, improve patient outcomes, and streamline processes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and pilot new clinical programs and initiatives.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve clinical and operational performance through innovative initiatives.
Optimize resource utilization, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to ensure cost-effective operations.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain rigorous standards for patient safety and care quality.
Data Management & Analytics:
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvements.

Background/Expertise:
Requires a BSN and a minimum of three (3) years of acute care hospital experience.
Basic Life Support required.
AONE Cert Nurse Manager and Leader OR ANCC Nurse Executive - Required within one year of eligibility.
Two (2) years of progressive leadership experience. Experience managing projects across multidisciplinary teams preferred.
