CAP/ATS nurse manager has oversight and is responsible for the management of the staff and processes of the CAP intensive outpatient program, CAP OB clinic, CAP Peds clinic and the CAP housing unit and the Alcohol Treatment Services Unit. This is a perfect position who understands and believes in the importance of these treatment programs.
Specific duties include recruitment and hiring of staff, monitoring staff performance, management of staff behaviors, staffing/scheduling, planning and implementation of performance improvement initiatives, encourage and support staff development, change management, management of the policy and procedures manual, oversight of registration and patient scheduling as well as assuring staff are aware of and following regulatory standards to ensure positive treatment outcomes.

Pay grade 96
BSN required; MS strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience in psychiatric or substance abuse health care setting with 2 of those years in a leadership role with administrative and supervisory responsibilities.
RN license required; related certification is a plus
