Carilion New River Valley Medical Center, located in Christiansburg, VA, is seeking a Nurse Manager, BSN, to direct and support the inpatient Behavioral Health department. This individual will be responsible for daily operations of the department and monitors and implements new health care services and performance improvement initiatives. Will support Carilion's hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. Will provide a positive, rewarding and service-oriented work environment which supports high-quality patient-centered care, an exceedingly competent and engaged staff and the achievement of fiscal, scorecard and process improvement goals and objectives. Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or management experience, healthcare environment preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Licensure and/or certification in medical or management related discipline.
