We are seeking a North American Marketing Director to join a large, global company's hardware/software business.

The Director, Regional Marketing is responsible for leading, managing and directing all of the marketing related activities. He/she will work with the Regional SBU leadership team to identify, document and execute a growth strategy for the business. This person will also work with the business and functional leaders to create and prioritize a Regional growth plan for the business. This will be accomplished by leading a regional team of marketing and product management professionals to develop and execute on the business' Regional plan.
The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing and sourcing, engineering and R&D, internal senior executives, Field Sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio today and in the future. Oversees development of customer insights and business/market intelligence development, syndicated data, sales analysis and corresponding presentations so as to identify and capitalize on the most advantageous business opportunities.
Own end to end product line and accountability for product profitability, product planning
Oversee end to end responsibility for demand generation including end user demand generation and channel management.
Integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes
Work with regional SBU leadership team to identify, document and execute and strategy for the region.
Responsible for leading, managing and directing all of the marketing related activities.
Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or technical discipline
Extensive strategic marketing experience within global companies
Experience with hardware/software product offerings
