Groq is a machine learning systems company building easy-to-use solutions for accelerating artificial intelligence workloads. Our work spans hardware, software, and machine learning technology. We are seeking exceptional software engineers to join our compiler team in tackling the exciting problem of translating ML programs written in existing ML frameworks into the language of our custom Groq ML accelerator chips.
Nearly all business applications can be broken down into a finite number of well-understood operations and visualizations. To this end we have built our core information system on a no-code platform, giving us great flexibility and agility in the types of applications we build and how they function. The No-code App Developer will work with subject matter experts as well as the Central Information System Architect to build, enhance, and maintain these applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with subject matter experts to understand what they need in order to improve their productivity and effectiveness, translating requirements into viable applications
- Builds, modifies, debugs, enhances interconnected applications in a no-code environment (Ninox presently) under guidance from Centralized Information System Architect
- Ensures applications meet the requirements of users both in terms of functionality and usability
- Ensures applications built comply with integration standards set by the information architect to avoid one-off solutions and optimize information sharing
- Is aware of and obeys privacy domains as defined by the Centralized Information System Architect
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of relational databases and how to compose flexible, reusable schemas
- Comfortable working on making changes to live data, with all the sensitivities and benefits that implies
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement easy-to-use applications of moderate complexity optimizing UX from a set of pre-built primitives
- Personable, patient, listens to stakeholders needs and concerns, and can translate them into workable plans of action rapidly
- Can document new systems in the form of FAQs and on-line articles, and provide support to existing users as well as training new users
- Works well in a collaborative environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience with Ninox
- Previous experience with Integromat or Zapier
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms
- Has a good aesthetic sense
