The New Business Development Manager will work with the Senior Director, Strategic Marketing & Business Development to identify, engage and manage the business development pipeline both for TIS-NA and support the global organization. This individual will work closely with the entire organization to identify new opportunities and drive them to conclusion. This individual needs to be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners.
