We are seeking a New Business Development Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for contacting new prospects, conducting client needs analyses, and recommending solutions our agency provides based on goodness-of-fit criteria. We offer strategic solutions for clients & therefore a consultative style with an eye towards problem-solving is essential.
-Screen & Educate prospects to sell company products and services to new clients
-Follow company outlined processes for assuring goodness of fit for company and prospects
-Develop agreed-upon territories and verticals on a consistent basis
-Keep track of client contacts, as well as providing consistent follow-up to nurture prospects through the decision-making process
-Utilize company-approved CRM, slide-decks, and sales collateral
-Reach agreed upon sales targets by agreed-upon deadlines
-Close and follow-up on sales transactions
-Network and build relationships within the specified client base and/or geographic territory
-Must be willing to work with a team & collaborate well for team-selling opportunities
Previous experience in B2B Sales, Demonstrated ability to build relationships with new clients & develop new markets, strong problem-solving skills, solid negotiation skills, deadline & detail oriented, demonstrated success building new client base using value-based selling techniques, self-motivated with the ability to partner when needed to best serve the agency and the client.
