The IT Analyst is required to design, build, optimize, deploy and maintain the network monitoring and DNS/DHCP/IP management infrastructure for Duke Health. This position will provide day to day support of multiple network monitoring and management solutions critical to quality service delivery and operational support.
This network monitoring and management infrastructure provide fault identification and isolation, configuration management, network analysis and network performance reporting to ensure the health and reliability of the DHTS network. This position will be responsible for providing and maintaining systems that monitor, analyze and support the Duke Health network infrastructure which consists of data center, routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VoIP, etc.
Will be responsible for the analysis, planning, design, evaluation, implementation and administration of complex systems for network management and service level management related to network infrastructure while ensuring compliance to DHTS and industry standards, best practices, policies, and governances. Required Qualifications at this Level
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or five years of equivalent technical experience required.
ITILv3 Foundation Certification preferred
Three years of related experience is required.
