The Network Engineer II assists in the design and maintenance of the organization’s network.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required. Related experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. 5-10 years experience with the following: Brocade or Cisco, Radware, Aruba Wireless 802.11 preferred and Juniper. 5-10 years experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, IPsec and SSL VPN. License,

Registration or Certification Preferred:
Brocade or Cisco Certification. CCNP or CCIE (required). ITIL v3 (required). MCSE, Radware, Aruba (desirable)

Skills Required:
Experience in fault and performance management. Experience in the following areas; IP addressing, vLAN’s, Cabling infrastructure, load balancers and troubleshooting. Experience of LAN/MAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, RADIUS, TACACS, RIP, RIP2, OSPF, BGP, routing, switching, workstations, operating systems, and applications. Experience with Windows and DHCP/DNS. Dedication to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber. Ability to sort through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions. Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction or supervision. Ability to lift 75lbs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
