Network Implementation:

• Assist in the deployment of Extreme Networks solutions, including switches, routers, wireless networks, and security appliances.
• Support the configuration and integration of network devices under the guidance of senior team members.

Network Optimization:

• Monitor network performance and assist in optimizing capacity and security.
• Learn and implement best practices for network availability and performance.

Network Security:

• Help develop and maintain network security policies and procedures.
• Assist in monitoring and responding to security incidents.

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Provide support for network-related issues, with guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in root cause analysis and resolution of network problems.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Assist in creating and maintaining network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
• Help generate performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with vendors and partners to learn about Extreme Networks equipment and services.
• Support the management of vendor relationships and contracts.

Capacity Planning:

• Monitor network capacity and assist in planning for future growth.
• Help identify and implement network upgrades as needed.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Extreme Networks.
• Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with network security principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
