Designs, installs, and administers local and wide area networks that provide integrated and automated information systems for users. Consults with users and evaluates requirements, conducts technical research on upgrades and components, recommends designs, provides cost analyses, plans projects, and coordinates tasks for installation of systems and networks taking in consideration the feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current systems. Analyzes and resolves technical problems for established networks and works with vendors to resolve more complex issues. Provides network documentation, training, and guidance to computing system clients and programmers.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and three (3) years related experience.
