Through our network of hundreds of nonprofits, large and small, we respond quickly and effectively to the most pressing issues of the day - in New York, in Israel, and around the world.

We are seeking a NetSuite and Coupa Administrator who will be a key member of our Accounting & Finance team. This role ensures our financial and procurement systems run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational needs. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

What You'll Do:

System Administration and Data Governance

  • Lead daily configuration, administration, and maintenance of NetSuite, Coupa, and related platforms.
  • Manage user access, licenses, roles, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Oversee chart of accounts and master data governance.
  • Conduct testing and validation for system releases and patches.
  • Maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, scripts, and sandbox environments.
  • Support file imports, integrations, and data loads with accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot system defects, data issues, and integration errors.
  • Manage supplier onboarding and data validation.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Provide user support and training with clear documentation.


Reporting and Analytics

  • Build dashboards, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics workbooks, and reports.
  • Deliver actionable insights and ensure data consistency.


Integrations and Enhancements

  • Support design, testing, and rollout of system customizations.
  • Maintain integrations between NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and other platforms.
  • Improve data flows and system performance.


What You Bring:

Core Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a technical field.
  • 3+ years administering NetSuite, Coupa, or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical proficiency including SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and reporting.
  • Understanding of financial and procurement processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with integrations, middleware, API/EDI solutions.


Preferred

  • NetSuite or Coupa certifications.
  • Experience across broader ERP ecosystems.


Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000, commensurate with experience.

Reporting Information: Reports Controller.
