Job Description

Purpose

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Intelerad’s implementation of NetSuite and OpenAir to maximize the functionality of the systems and support our employees. The NetSuite Administrator helps define the technical roadmap in addition to acting as the main point of contact to aid our internal users; create workflows, saved searches, etc.; and provide detailed user-facing and technical documentation. This role works closely with other members of the Business Systems team as well as the Finance, Accounting, and Professional Services departments.

Responsibilities

Manage configuration of NetSuite, OpenAir, and NetSuite add-ons (including Avalara, Zone Billing, etc.) company-wide

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions to business needs within responsible systems in partnership with business analysts and stakeholders
  • Manage regular updates and upgrades to NetSuite and OpenAir; manage regression testing and deployment; maintain environment consistency through Sandbox refreshes
  • Create and maintain users, roles, and permissions, in compliance with delegation of authority matrix and security requirements
  • Provide recommendations to team and business on NetSuite and OpenAir best practices; conduct feasibility and effort assessments for all system changes
  • Support integration of other business applications into Oracle platforms, including native OpenAir connector
  • Customize NetSuite and OpenAir as necessary to meet business needs (including, but not limited to: fields, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, etc.) in alignment with software development lifecycle
  • Triage and assign inbound support requests for all enterprise business systems; resolve issues related to NetSuite and OpenAir through Business Systems ticketing workflow
  • Assist with the integration of new data, users, and processes in Intelerad systems for acquired companies
  • Audit and maintain data stored in Netsuite and OpenAir platforms, as directed by data governance policies
  • Participate in Business Systems operating cadence, cross-training initiatives, and work management practices


Qualifications

Employment Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and development in complex business environments
  • Knowledge of best practices in NetSuite roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, and reports
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial modules of NetSuite
  • Previous experience managing OpenAir highly desired
  • Experience with Zone Billing, Avalara, Cybersource, Concur, or similar platforms a plus
