Natural Gas Pipeline - Staff Integrity Engineer

Liaise with operations, maintenance and project teams to implement corrosion and inspection management strategies to ensure integrity of all pressure or fluid containing equipment, including pipelines, facility pressure vessels and piping, etc.
*** Manage inspection activities in areas of cathodic protection, pigging and nondestructive testing.
*** Participate in preparation of Capital and Operating budgets for Pigging, Cathodic Protection and Inspection.
*** Develop inspection work-scopes and work-packs for facilities including classifying circuits of systems and identifying test points.
*** Work with maintenance and shutdown teams to optimize inspectionprocesses, ensuring inspection work scopes are defined and inspection activities are completed to required standards.
*** Manage contractor services in planning, performing and reporting integrity projects
*** Liaise with Operations, Facilities Engineering, and Maintenance Units to coordinate integrity issues in major shutdowns and turn-around activities.
*** Execute and compile risk assessments and associated inspectionschedules.
*** Conduct anomaly assessment and fitness for service evaluations.
*** Manage information sharing on anomalies and fitness for service of systems.
*** Monitor and report key performance indicators, including managing and updating anomaly registers and coordinating anomaly sign-off.
*** Manage integrity related Management of Changes (MOC) and local integrity consultancy.
*** Promote and establish the use of new technologies to improve efficiency of inspections
*** Manage new cathodic protection designs, installations, retrofits and monitoring.
*** Manage production chemicals, chemical inventories, and product selections, and chemicaltrials.
